An unusual easter hunt

I knew there was a easter hunt coming! oh right to the daily news
I have good news and bad news for you. What do you want to hear first? Ok, I’ll tell you the good news first, because otherwise the bad news won’t make any sense at all. So, the good news is that Benny Bunny made it to Panfu on time and even managed to bring along four eggs.
Super! This piece of information saves my day. And Easter. Nothing can be that bad now.
That’s what you think. The bad news is that the eggs made it to Panfu in one piece, but apparently were ready to pop prematurely because of the heat on Hawaii. Four cute chicks have now hatched from the eggs. Benny Bunny was about to hide the eggs when the chicks made their appearance. Now the chicks are scattered in all directions and he can’t find them anywhere. We have to find them and bring them back to Benny Bunny! The poor little chicks won’t even know what to do with themselves.
Do you mean that we’re looking for chicks this year instead of Easter eggs?! HAHA, this is the kind of mess only Benny Bunny could cause. One more question, though: Throughout Easter, every Panda can change other Pandas into chicks through the throw function:

How can we differentiate between the real chicks and the Panda chicks?
Benny Bunny took care of that, of course. You’d best go and see him at the Pony Yard and let him give you the “chick finder” – oatmeal cookies. But don’t eat the cookies yourself, otherwise you won’t find the chicks and you’ll miss out on the reward: If you find all 4 chicks, you will get 3 pieces of furniture, if you find 2 to 3 chicks, you will get 2 pieces of furniture and if you return only one chick, you will get 1 piece of furniture.
I will go and get the oatmeal cookies then. Oh, I also have some good news for you: Tomorrow is Gold Panda Day! Have fun hunting for those chicks!

Do you need help doing my sons a pirate? well you came to the right blog! tour first: All of Panfu is in danger! You met a giant octopus at the Caribbean beach who is threatening to squirt black ink all over Panfu! He is angry, because someone stole his treasure! Who in Panfu would steal a treasure? And what does Kamaria have to do with all that? Quickly, go to Kamaria and try to find out more. 1: Kamaria is shocked! A long time ago, an octopus by the name of Fred was her son's best friend. The two of them left Panfu many years ago, in order to look for the lost father of Kamaria's son and Kamaria's lover. Is the octopus on the Caribbean Beach the same Fred who went away with Kamaria's son back then? Go to the Caribbean Beach and talk to the octopus. 2:Indeed! The octopus on the Caribbean Beach is the same friend who accompanied Kamaria's son years ago! He claims that Kamaria's son took off with the treasures that they had found on their adventures. Fred feels betrayed and wants his treasures back! Go into the Eerie Forest and talk to Kamaria's son. Use the telescope on the volcano to get to the Eerie Forest. 3:You met Kamaria's son hiding from Fred the Octopus in the Eerie Forest. He assures you that he's innocent and swears he was not the one to steal the treasures.
He's starving because he has been on the run for a long time. Please bring him a plate of chicken from the restaurant. 4:You found a plate of delicious chicken at the restaurant Chez Bruno. It smells lovely! Quickly bring the food to Kamaria's son, before he passes out from hunger. 5:Kamaria's son is very grateful. He will eat, rest and gather new strength. Come back tomorrow! After that, he'll tell you more about what happened. 6:One day has passed. Kamaria's son has now gained enough strength and can tell you what happened on his adventures with Fred. Go into the Eerie Forest and talk to Kamaria's son. 7:Kamaria's son and Fred the Octopus had made friends with an old pirate named William Pandabeard. But Pandabeard tricked them! He stole their treasures and convinced Fred that Kamaria's son had taken them. To escape Fred's wrath, he's been hiding in the Eerie Forest ever since.
Go to Fred the Octopus on the Caribbean Beach and try to convince him of the truth.8:Fred doesn't believe one word! He's extremely angry and demands that Kamaria's son should come to the beach himself and face Fred. Go to Kamaria's son in the Eerie Forest and deliver the message. 9:Kamaria's son would rather not go to see Fred. Considering how agitated the octopus is, it just wouldn't be a good idea. Instead he suggests asking Kamaria for advice. Go to Kamaria in the castle tower and talk to her.10:Kamaria does everything in her power to help her son. To protect him, she hides him in her castle for now. Kamaria suggests finding the pirate William Pandabeard and getting back the treasure. This is the only way to calm down Fred and save Panfu from being covered in black ink.
Go to the harbour and talk to the old fisherman. He always gives advice and knows the ocean like the back of his hand. 11:The fisherman tells you that Pandabeard lives on an island nearby. Using the motor boat at the harbour, you can get to Pandabeard's island. Unfortunately, the fisherman lost the key to the motor boat somewhere around the volcano.
Go and look for the key to the motor boat.12:You found the key to the motor boat at the volcanic crater. What a cute key chain! Go back to the harbour and talk to the fisherman.13:Well done. Unfortunately, the motor boat is not quite ready to use. Come back tomorrow! The fisherman will tell you then what's needed to start the motor boat. Come see part 2 soon...

Did you know the circus will be here tomorrow?
Tomorrow, the Circus will pitch its tent directly beside the barn. I managed to get my hands on one of the posters that will be spread all over Panfu tomorrow:

I am sooo excited to find out which tricks the Panfu employees will perform.
Well, you should have gone to the Panfu head office with me yesterday. Instead, you just stood in front of the mirror and made faces all the time.

You can watch the show of the Panfu employees at the Circus tent beside the barn tomorrow. I am really not sure how that will turn out, though. The Panfu employees are so stressed out at the moment that they barely have any time to practise any of their tricks. I hope they won’t mess up their show That’s why we have to give them an especially warm welcome tomorrow.  We’ll tell you more about the Video Competition on the blog tomorrow, too.

Now you can start practising! Which trick could I perform? My peanut trick is off the table. Because of this trick, I have gained 3 kilos in the last few days. How would I look at the end of the competition if I kept that up?
Oh Ella, your weight doesn’t matter at all. I’ll always like you for who you are.
Thanks, that’s sweet, but I will still come up with a new trick. How about rope skipping? Or walking the tightrope? Hmm, I will think about that some more today. Luckily, it’s Sunday and I have already done my homework for next week. Um, Max, have you fallen asleep standing up?
Yeah! You guessed my new pantomime position. I am getting somewhere. You Pandas were right, of course. I was walking down the stairs in the pictures that I showed you.
I really don’t think that a sleeping pantomime will be especially interesting in a video. Have YOU got any ideas for a trick yet? Make sure to think about it, this could be your big chance.

Panfu circus video competition.

Have you checked out the Panfu team’s circus performances by the barn yet? It is a disaster I say! The poor monkey tries to juggle but drops the balls, the fox and rabbit bump into each other while dancing and the Panda loses his balance and falls on the floor!

How max and ella met...

Max and Ella met in 2007. Max and Ella had noticed each other, but never dared to say something. When Ella had lost her red bolly Sweetie and hung up posters saying she was looking for her all over Panfu, Max saw his chance and decided to find Sweetie.

He bought bolly fruits to lure Sweetie out of her hiding-place with and Ella bought bolly chocolate for the same purpose. While Max was searching for Sweetie, he dropped a fruit. At the same time, Ella cheered herself up with some of the chocolate and dropped the wrapping on the ground without noticing. Max found the chocolate wrapping and Ella found the bolly fruit and it dawned upon them both that someone must have kidnapped Sweetie! But where could this villain be?! In the darkest place of Panfu – the Scary Forest, of course!
Max and Ella dashed to the Scary Forest to rescue Sweetie and quite right, on a green meadow was sat Sweetie. Ella lit up with happiness and Max rubbed his hands… From different sides of some bushes, they started sneaking towards the meadow, holding the rest of their bolly food in front of them. Both came out of the bushes at the same time and saw… each other! Ella saw the bolly fruit in Max’s hands and Max saw the bolly chocolate in Ella’s. They remembered their findings and understood that they had been looking for the same thing, going in circles around each other! They smiled at each other and then looked down at that thing they had been looking for, Sweetie. But she was not alone! She was playing with another bolly, a black one!! And they were obviously having fun. The bollys seemed so happy together!
Now everything became clear – Sweetie had seen the black bolly from the Volcano and had taken off to make friends with him! Max adopted the black bolly and gave him the name Tuffy. Since that day all four of them are great friends and they especially love long walks to that meadow in the Scary Forest!

Rumour's are true: the circus will be on here saturday.

I’ve got news for you: It’s true!
What’s true?

Well, the rumour about a Circus coming to Panfu. The artists will pitch their tent in front of the barn on Saturday. The main attraction will be the Panfu employees in animal costumes. I hope they’ll have enough time to practice. Just yesterday, I checked in at the Panfu main office. One guy juggled two apples and another danced by his desk, but that looked really uncoordinated still.

Oh oh, I hope this won’t end up being  complete disaster…
Ah, they’ll do it! One of the employees even told me a secret: There will be a Video Competition where every Panfu player can present their own trick and put it up on YouTube. The main prize will be a 12-month Gold Membership!
Cool!! I’ll go and see Mr. Curley. I bet he’ll have some tricks up his sleeve.
And what happened to your career as an artist?
That’s not the right thing for me after all. Yesterday, I accidentally put the paint brush into my mouth the wrong way around and painted my whole face:

Exercise and a new historical quest.

HOW ARE YOU? WHAAAAAT? YOU’RE EATING SOUP? OHH, YOU SAID EVERYTHING’S SUPER.
Ella, put the hard hat on. You can’t understand anything with all this noise going on. Oh, hello, Pandas. You’re wondering where we are? We’re in your Tree House!
EXACTLY! Oh, here’s the hard hat now. Manny is working on a new Tree House design just now. Here’s a design draft for you:

That is what it’ll look like in the end, but right now, there’s complete chaos! You will not recognise your own Tree House. You’d best have a look at it yourself. Stop by, we’re waiting for you. We will also show you the little exercise that we talked about on Tuesday. You know, the one that’s part of the test for the new Pandas. Easy as pie!
But what about the tricky historical quest? That’s for smart Pandas only. You will meet the Chronicler Hamelot, who will send you on a little journey through Panfu. He needs your knowledge and skills to be able to put down the history of Panfu properly.

Greasy smudges on pandalangelo's painting's.

Do you know what Max did yesterday? He actually ruined Pandalangelo’s precious oil paintings! Here’s what happened: After we had gathered all information about the events, we took a little breather at Bruno’s Restaurant. We were really hungry from all the walking around we had done and ate a few of Bruno’s Burgers. Max even took a couple into the library with him, even though everybody knows you are not allowed to eat in a library.

Anyway, Hamelot gave us two riddles to solve. The first wasn’t an issue, but the second was a bit more tricky. We had to put Pandalangelo’s oil paintings into the right order. I just assumed my thinking pose and pondered the paintings and out of the corner of my eye just saw Max gobble up a burger and then put his greasy paws all over the precious paintings. All the paintings were covered with Max’ greasy paw prints.

What was I supposed to do now? Pandalangelo’s work was ruined! Should I just pretend that it wasn’t me who did it? Or run away really fast? But then I thought of something better.
With your rescue attempt, you just messed up the paintings even more, but we will tell you all about that tomorrow.

I bet you’d like to know what else happened at the library. So Max had left greasy paw prints on Pandalangelo’s paintings. Luckily, Hamelot was busy writing at the time, so he didn’t notice anything.

…and I was free to start my rescue attempt. I quietly left the library, got a glass of water and dribbled some water onto the paw prints. But that didn’t help, not at all. All the colours ran together. I tried to stop that from happening by putting my paws on the paintings…
Which, of course, only made things worse. The beautiful motif ended up smeared into a multi-coloured mush. You could not recognise anything on the painting any more! Max grinned, looked at me and said loudly “That’s what you call Modern Art.”. But Hamelot,  who just looked up from his writing, did not find that particularly funny. First he looked at the messed up painting, then he fixed his long, hard stare on Max.
If looks could kill, honestly! I was was paralysed, I started sweating profusely. What would happen to me now? Would I go to prison? Or would I be sent to Bitterland? Hamelot started laughing and did not seem to be able to stop. Ella and I stood there for about 5 minutes and wondered whether this was a good or a bad sign.
Still laughing a little, Hamelot explained to us that those were not the real oil paintings, but only copies. “You don’t really believe that we would let the original paintings of a famous artist such as Pandalangelo be touched by thousands of Pandas. ”…and burst out laughing again. Chroniclers really have a strange sense of humour.
